Naked Car Owner Spooks Would-Be Thief

Waking up in the middle of the night hearing the sounds of his own car start, Russell Stuart, a 51-year-old UK man wasn’t sure how to react. The first thing that his instincts told him was get into the car. And that’s exactly what he did.

Mr. Stuart, who got straight out of bed in the buff, quickly ran to his car and hopped in the passengers seat next to the would-be car thief. The first thing he said was:

“All right, mate? Where are we going, then?”

Not only being shocked by the fact that the car owner was sitting next to him, but completely naked as well, the teenage car thief quickly hopped out of the car and ran away. It was only then that Russell Stuart realized that he was still naked.

“I don’t know what the guy must have thought when a large naked bloke got in the car next to him,” said Mr. Stuart.

Mr. Stuart was thinking about driving after the thief to catch him, but then quickly decided against it as he figured he might get in trouble for driving around naked and explaining his situation to the police might be a bit awkward.

Having let the thief go, Mr. Stuart did have some advice for him. He said: “Give up stealing cars and get a proper job – you’re clearly rubbish at it.”
